My Hamilton Rellies

Connie, Graham, Nicky, James, Brianna and Kendall have all visited us to meet my little sister, and, more importantly, to see me again! I had fun showing Graham how to play with Lucy's new toy ...

and Lucy got lots of cuddles from James, Brianna and Kendall.

Pick Me Santa

I'm thinking of trying out for the new rudolph and so mummy has been teaching me how to prance like a reindeer ...

and I've been practising my "pick me santa" cheer...

A picnic and a paddle

It was a beautiful sunny day and so mum and I had a picnic and invited my animal friends. Did you know that zebra love kiwifruit?

I had such a fun time that I gave mummy one of my biggest cheesiest smiles...

After lunch I spent an hour in my paddling pool. I love summer!

Story Time

Mum gave me a book to read during tummy time but the sun made me oh so sleepy....

My new "Racing" Hat and Glasses

Mum has often tried to get me to wear sunglasses and a hat and has never had any luck, but Dad knew I wouldn't be able to resist wearing my new "racing" hat and "racing" glasses.

Hide and Seek

While mummy was feeding Lucy I decided to play hide and seek. I put my disguise on and thought I had found the perfect place where mum would never find me ... but she did!

My new skincare routine

Nana has shared the secrets of her skincare routine with me and I now have skin as smooth as a baby...

A selection

Mum forgot to upload some photos from a memory card and so only found these shots yesterday. She thought they were too cute not to add to the blog so here I am 9 days old, "striking a pose" and pulling a face...

And here's one of Jack and me on our first shopping expedition...

and having a nap - all that shopping made us tired!

The Gentle Touch

Mum's trying to teach me to be gentle with my little sister ...

Asleep and Awake

I still find waking up hard to do...

... but once I get there I like to have a chat with my animal friends.

Mum freaked out when she saw the above photo of me as she thinks I look just like Jack - personally I think I am much cuter!

My Grandad

Nana and Grandad are going to visit my new cousin Nicholas in Singapore tomorrow. They are going to be gone for a whole month (poor Mum!) so I got in lots of cuddles with Grandad before they left...

Smile!

I started smiling on my month-birthday. Mum hasn't been quick enough to get a decent photo yet but here is some blurry evidence...

Hat On Hat Off

I may only be a month old but I'm already trying to take my hat off...

Tummy Time leads to Tired Time...

Tryring to hold my head up is hard work and I need a rest after a few minutes!

Our First Family Photo

Cuddles with Lucy

I enjoy cuddles...and so do Mum and Dad!

Twins???

Hey what's going on? I know I have a big brother but who's this?

Swimming

Since Lucy arrived on the scene Dad has been taking me to swimming lessons in the weekend. We arrive a little early so that we can have a swim in the toddler pool first. I LOOOOOVE swimming.

Swing High Sweet Bassinet

Dad gave me my first swing the other day - I'm not sure that Fisher Price intended this kind of use though...

My first fat lip

I ran into a wall the other day and my tooth went through my lip - ouch it hurt. Luckily Harry's Mum, Kate, was over and she saved the day by giving me some frozen peas. I think they were intended for the outside of my mouth but I had other ideas and started eating them instead!!

"Toothmarks"

Aunty Lisa and Uncle Justin, you had better come home soon, the caterpillars are leaving "toothmarks" in your flowers!!

Lucy's big bed

I am a bit confused at sleep time - Mum and Dad put me in this great big bed with lots of space to move around but then they go and wrap me up so I can't move about. See what I mean...

Mum thinks she is an expert at wrapping but as you can see I'm pretty good at getting an arm out...

Lucy awake...

and showing some character!

Lucy goes head to head with Giraffe

and see the little pink "l" above her head. Jack brought "l for lucy" up to Lucy's room and put it in her cot!

ps Lisa, don't worry. L is still L for Lisa it's just been extended to "L for Lisa a L for Lucy"!

Jack masters the party blowers...

while holding onto a truck of course!

Tummy Time

Jack joins Lucy for tummy time!

Making Faces already???

My little sister Lucy is a cheeky wee thing, she has started pulling faces at me already...

Building Blocks

I have a big basket of building blocks halfway up the stairs and I like to sit in the sun building towers and tunnels. Here's my version of the Leaning Tower, much more colourful than the Italian version don't you think?

A window of opportunity

When bedtime rolls around, mum and dad have learnt that closing my bedroom door does not equal sleeptime for me. First, I usually spend time running from my bed to the door to turn on my musical cow, back to bed, back to door, back to bed and so on. Once I get bored of that, I slip under the blind and open the window and check out what is happening outside...
