My first day at school

Today I started school! Well pre-school actually, and only for 3 hours twice a week, but it's a start. As you can see it involves lots of hard work...

Oh and Lucy started proper crawling in the weekend! Mum will try and get a video up soon.

Bathtime

I love having a bath with Lucy. I think she enjoys it too!

I love helping mum bake. Especially when it is cake and I get to lick the bowl clean!

Dad's my new hairdresser

Dad gave me a haircut in the weekend - didn't he do a great job?!

An outing on the ferry

We went for a ride on a ferry in the weekend. It was lots of fun, especially hanging out with Ryan and Jemma and watching the terrible twin tugboats dance and, for one of us, dancing on the table.

Mummy's friend Michelle was up from Christchurch and I got a little cuddle with her - although to be honest I was pretty wriggly, I'm not really into cuddles these days unless I am asleep...

Do I look sleepy??

believe it or not, I did actually fall asleep within about 1 minutes of this photo being taken!

Almost...

..crawling but not quite. I can get up on all fours and I can move forward (in a leap-kick-reach type fashion) - I just can't master the two together just yet!

7 months now

Mum hasn't taken any photos of just me as me in ages and knows that I am going to complain about it when I am older so here are a few of my 7 month old faces...

Mmmmm toast

Well you'd be saying mmmm to toast too if you had been existing solely on a diet of milk and spoonfed mush! Here I am enjoyed my first finger food...

It was raining and so mummy hung up the washing inside - the sheet hanging over the chairs turned into a tent/tunnel (what else?) and I had fun playing with my trains - especially my new carriages Annie and Clarabel. Here I am with my "clarabel" face on...

Train rides

Mum took us to Lollipops last week and I got to catch up with my buddies Zac and Mia. You can see that I am trying to impress Mia with one of my "special" smiles!

Round 2 babes

Lucky for me, quite a few of the mums in mum's coffee group decided to have baby no.2 around the same time as I arrived on the scene. Here I am with Holly (on the left) and Helena.

Sitting Pretty

I can now sit by myself although often tumble over when I try to reach something - or when I get bored of sitting, which happens pretty quickly!

Jolly Jumper time

I am getting the hang of my jolly jumper. I am quite the expert of twirling on one foot and am not too bad at jumping either. I find myself in it quite often around the time Mummy is getting Jack's dinner...
