"It's a train day" cries Jack

This morning we went to the old railway shed at Parnell to see the steam trains for the last time before they move to a new station. It was so cool. Thomas was there and we rode on one of his trucks. There was also a "cobweb train" (yes, you guessed it, a broken down train with a cobweb on it) and an "old old old old old old Mavis" that we had fun playing on. Ryan and Jemma were there too and we all had heaps of fun.

Sh Sh Sh Sh

Jack practices making the "sh" sound...

More family visits!

We met Uncle Brendan, Aunty Aki and baby Joshua last weekend. Little Joshua is cute!

Fun with Aunty Lisa

Aunty Lisa has been visiting us heaps and we're loving it!

Lucy's a big girl

We took the side off Lucy's cot last weekend (we're trying anything to try and get a decent nights sleep!!). So far so good.

She's only fallen out once and (like her big brother) she was happy enough to sleep on the floor - not quite sure how she managed to wriggle under the cot though!

Cuddles with Daddy

Playgroup fun

Mummy and I made a pretty mask at playgroup - I wasn't too sure about wearing it but Jack thought it would be a perfect train driver's mask?!!

Pool time

Spring has started with such a beautiful burst that we filled up the paddling pool (admittedly with warmish water!) last week.

Tomatoes and strawberries

Daddy has made us a planter box for growing tomatoes and strawberries. It took quite a while to make though so Lucy and I decided to have a wee kip while Daddy was building it...

Aunty Lisa comes home...

just in time for her birthday and Nana's cake - yum!

Bookworms

Every now and again the house goes very very quiet. These are the good times...
