Bye bye cot
On Sat (18/8) Mum and Dad decided that it was time for me to try out my new bed. The first couple of days I fell (or climbed?) out and slept on my floor instead - which is quite comfy incidentally -but since then I have taken to it with ease. I love my duvet cover, especially the "give way" signs.

My Big OE - part 3 - singapore
We spent the second week in Singapore at Aunty Paula and Uncle Brendhan's house. My 2 favourite things at the house were the camels and the yellow bucket.

We had a pretty busy week - visiting the free range monkeys in the park, and the animals at the zoo, the night safari and bird park...
taking the cable car to Sentosa and seeing the fish at the aquarium and the performing dolphins...

and of course we managed to squeeze in a little shopping!
We had drinkies at Raffles and I enjoyed their tradition of throwing the peanut shells on the floor - although I must admit that I didn't bother with the eating them first bit...
I had such a fun time that I gave lots of big cuddles to Mum and Aunty Paula (or Paala to me).
Thanks for having us Aunty Paula and Uncle Brendhan. I hope we can visit you again soon.
My First OE - part 2 - langkawi
We spent the first five days of our holiday at a really cool resort in Langkawi - a little island off the west coast of Malaysia. We had lunch at the airport before we left and I showed off my chopstick skills...
We stayed at the Westin Resort and it was awesome. The staff all knew my name within about 5 mins of us arriving and I got all sorts of special treatment - mainly involving food! I wasn't the only one enjoying the food though, you should have seen how long Dad and Uncle Brendhan spent deliberating over dessert choices. They even had to get the chef involved! And look Aunty Lisa, they had a choccie - Mum enjoyed that!

I spent a lot of time in the gorgeous pools...
Dad and Uncle Brendhan took a cat out for a sail one afternoon and I gave that a go as well...
I also hung out a bit at the kids playroom. Luckily there weren't many kids around so I got the cars to myself...
and then I also had a go driving the big car...
and of course quite a bit of time was just spent lazing on the daybed ...
My First OE - part 1 - the plane ride
After weeks of Mum and Dad going on and on at me about we were going to visit Aunty Paula and Uncle Brendhan and how we were going to go on a big plane to get there, we finally did it. Mum was a little anxious about how her and Dad were going to entertain me for 10 hours on the plane but I was a little angel. We took off at 2.30pm and I spent the first 4 hours eating, eating, eating and going for the odd wander up and down the aisle.

Then I fell asleep on Mum right on the dot of 6.30 and spent the next 5 hours napping in the plane bassinet - it was only a little to short for me...

Kelly Tarltons
Well the last 3 weeks have been full of horrible bugs. First week - conjunctivitis; second week - ear infection, sore throat and general cold; and third week - the remains of the second weeks bugs! Needless to say I haven't been doing very much socialising. When I (read Mum) really needed to escape from the house, we wandered down to Kelly Tarltons - I really love the penguins and the stingrays. They have got some fun new toys for me to play with too - check out the shots of me on the snowmobile and the whale...
